The Widow's Daughter is an engrossing read I highly recommend. However, I felt I would have enjoyed this book much more if I hadn't read the back cover before purchasing.
The description gives away events that do not take place until you are at least two-thirds of the way through this page novel; Including a climatic spoiler that I would 3/5(4).
